Since then he’s been working in Ecuador, Australia, Vietnam and finally China where he opened “Pipette”, the French Restaurant located within the SZ Intercontinental Hotel. Fred is always in search of new taste-sensations, cuisine is his passion and while he has a enourmous respect for traditional French food, he always ties to give his fare an exotic form with some new flavors. Cuisine must always surprise the customers, selecting the best ingredients, finding the best way to use them to offer something new with a perfect flavor balance.
